You are buying a set of five, custom hand tied, tapered Fly Fishing Leaders. These leaders are made from 100% DuPont Fluorocarbon, a fantastic material that has a refractive index very close to that of water, making it nearly invisible when submerged. They have a perfection loop on the butt end for easy attachment to your fly line, and taper in five sections to the fine but tough tippet section.<br>I personally tie these leaders when you order them, from fresh stock fluorocarbon!<br>Some ebay sellers are now offering leaders "Direct from the manufacturer", but they don't tell you who the manufacturer is. The DuPont Fluorocarbon material in my leaders is made in the USA.  Since I personally tie all the leaders I sell, they are definitely made in the USA. Don't settle for an off brand leader "Direct from the manufacturer", who may be somewhere you have never heard of. I only tie the best, and don't plan on changing.  Also, others are now selling their leaders as fluoro blah blah blah.....    . If it doesn't say "100% fluorocarbon"  in the description, it probably isn't. Don't be fooled by lesser quality.<br>Each $12.25 bid will get you a<br>set of five leaders<br>.<br>All leaders in a set<br>must be the same length & weight.<br>The weights you have to choose from are 1X (12lb),  2X (10lb), 3X (8lb), 4X (6lb), 5X (4lb), or 6X (2.5lb).<br>The lengths I tie are 7.5', 9', 10', and 12'.<br>So if you order, for example, your favorite leader, and it is a 9' 5X, your $12.25 purchase will get you a set of five leaders of that length and weight.<br>If you purchase a second $12.25 set of leaders at the same time, that set can be a different length and weight from the first set.<br>The decision of length and weight<br>is yours to be made.
